There is no way currently to edit your booking online, though we will be rolling this out soon. To make it easier for us to find your booking please have your booking reference number to hand (this should've been emailed to you).

Note: Subject to the booking terms, you may not be entitled to a deposit refund if you cancel less than 7 days in advance. We'll let you know if this is the case.

Booking.com

If you booked using Booking.com, it is easiest to change your booking using their 'Manage Booking' feature on their website. To access this, follow the link below and as shown in the image below, click Manage Booking at the top of the page. You'll need your booking number and PIN.

Note: Subject to the booking terms, if you cancel within 7 days of your booking, you will be charged 100% of cost of the first night.

LateRooms.com

If you booked using LateRooms.com, it is easiest to manage your booking using the 'Manage Booking' page on the LateRooms website. You'll need your booking reference (which should've been emailed to you), your telephone number, post code and arrival date.

Note: Subject to the booking terms, There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 09:00 hotel local time 3 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
